Further information

The second 2024 Aged Care Reforms Survey for Older People is now open.

You can complete the survey online or request a paper copy with a reply-paid envelope from communication.agedcare@health.gov.au.

We are seeking feedback from older people, their families, and carers on:

  • how well you understand the changes being made to aged care
  • how we can improve access to aged care services
  • how you would like to receive information from us in the future
  • if you feel the changes are having a positive impact.

We run the Aged Care Reforms Survey for Older People twice a year.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. You will remain anonymous.

The survey closes on Friday 18 October 2024.

We will share the results with you on the Aged Care Engagement Hub later in the year.

You can read the results of the latest survey for older people.
