Australia’s aged care laws are changing to put the rights and needs of older people first.

A new Aged Care Act is being introduced. It will change the ways aged care services are delivered to older people in their homes, in community settings and in residential care homes.

We are seeking feedback on the draft of the new Aged Care Act.

We want to hear from:

  • older people, families and carers
  • aged care providers and workers
  • advocates and representatives
