Further information

Monthly Care Statements provides aged care residents with a summary of the care they have received in the past month. This gives residents (and their representatives) a record of their care for discussion with their provider.

Get involved

We are asking residential aged care providers and software vendors to help us automate Monthly Care Statements by participating in a pilot program. The pilot will run from February to April 2025.

Please express your interest by 8 October 2024.

Liquid Interactive will contact you to discuss next steps. The pilot may include surveys, focus groups, interviews and software trials.

Benefits for providers

  • have your say about how the software works
  • be prepared for when Monthly Care Statements become mandatory.

Benefits for software vendors

  • an opportunity to be involved in the software design to meet the new Monthly Care Statements requirement
  • have a prepared system for when the statements become mandatory for all aged care providers
  • expand your scope and create value for your customers.
