On behalf of the Department of Health and Aged Care, HealthConsult is undertaking 2 surveys to better understand the home care workforce.

These surveys will contribute to the ongoing evaluation of the Home Care Workforce Support Program (HCWSP) and future workforce initiatives following surveys conducted in April 2022.

The surveys aim to identify:

makeup of the workforce
jobs being performed
skills and qualifications
work preferences

We are interested in responses from:

home care providers
personal care workers, including enrolled nurses and allied health assistants

Complete the survey for home care providers or complete the survey for personal care workers by Friday 31 March 2023.
