On 13 January 2023, the Department of Health and Aged Care published updates to the Home Care Packages (HCP) Provider Manual to clarify inclusions and exclusions and reflect recent aged care reforms.

The department will host a webinar for HCP providers and peak bodies to explain:

  • What is included and excluded under the HCP Program
  • Common questions we receive

You will have an opportunity to submit questions during the webinar.

If you can’t attend this webinar, you will be able to access the recording on the department’s website.

It is the responsibility of providers to help care recipients understand their Home Care Package, including the scope of the program.
