Further information

On 18 October 2022 we published a discussion paper and opened a submission process to hear your feedback on the initial design of the new program for in-home aged care. Submissions close on 25 November 2022.

We are hosting a webinar to share with older Australians, their families and carers, and the aged care sector the feedback we received, and outline next steps for the reforms.

We will also discuss how your input contributes to the future direction of in-home aged care.

You will have an opportunity to submit questions during the webinar.

This webinar will have Auslan interpreters.

If you are unable to attend the webinar, a recording of this will be made available on the department’s website.
