Further information

The department has partnered with the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) to share information and resources about aged care with people at their local libraries.

This partnership involves a pilot program taking place at 25 libraries across Australia. Participating libraries will host an interactive aged care resource hub supported by library staff.

You’ll be able to visit these hubs to:

  • find out about aged care and the changes happening as part of the reforms
  • access information that you can take home and read or share with your loved ones
  • provide feedback on what quality aged care looks like to you
