Get face-to-face aged care support
If you need help with accessing aged care services, Services Australia can help.
You can book free face-to-face appointments online to speak with a service officer about:
- general aged care information
- basic fee information
- using the My Aged Care website.
Service officers can also help connect you with an Aged Care Specialist Officer if you need more in-depth support.
You can book your appointment online using the Express Plus Centrelink app or your Centrelink online account through myGov.
You can also book an appointment by:
- calling the Services Australia aged care line on 1800 227 475
- visiting a service centre.
