We are evaluating the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive and want to hear from residential aged care providers.

This evaluation will assess the effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of the incentive in improving primary care for aged care residents.

We want to understand aged care homes' experiences, challenges and views to help us identify areas for improvement.
