Further information

We invite older people, their families and carers to give feedback on some of the Aged Care Rules on funding and regulation.

This is Stage 2c of our consultation on the Rules for the new Aged Care Act.

This stage covers how:

  • certain grant recipients need to act
  • a person can access or correct information on the banning order Register
  • government will calculate an outstanding debt's value.

We've also released a supporting document to explain the Rules in more detail and help you provide feedback.

Your feedback will help everyone get ready for the new Act to start from 1 July this year.

Share your feedback via our online form by 27 March.
