Further information

The Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority is looking for additional residential aged care providers to participate in the Residential Aged Care Cost Collection 2024--25.

Cost collection helps make sure aged care service costs are accurately captured in pricing advice to government.

Last year, more than 100 residential aged care providers gave valuable data information for the cost collection.

If you did not take part in the cost collection last year, we encourage you to express your interest.

We are especially looking to hear from government run aged care providers, and aged care providers who deliver care for:

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
  • older people in rural and remote areas
  • older people who have experienced homelessness
  • culturally and linguistically diverse groups
  • people living with dementia in specialised dementia care units.

The cost collection is running from March to August this year.

Express your interest by 31 August.
