Review of the Modified Monash Model for aged care

We want your feedback on the Modified Monash Model (MMM) for aged care to help us make recommendations for its ongoing use.

The model defines whether a location is metropolitan, rural, remote or very remote. It measures remoteness and population size on a scale of Modified Monash (MM) categories MM 1 to MM 7.

Your feedback will help us understand:

  • the pros and cons of using the MMM for aged care
  • what's important about delivering services in regional, rural and remote locations.

Complete the online survey. It should take around 20 minutes to complete.

The survey closes 30 May.
