Aged care workers

The Australian Government is delivering initiatives to grow and upskill the aged care workforce and drive further improvements in care.

If you’re in the aged care workforce, tell us how changes can best support you.

Your input will help us to design and implement reforms across aged care so that we improve the safety and quality of care for senior Australians. Australia’s 366,000-strong aged care workforce will be a critical partner to Government in delivering these reforms.
